Annapurna Base Camp Trek Overview

Treks in Nepal are an amazing experience.  Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the most incredible trails in the region. A lot of trekkers select this trail as a shorter and inexpensive option for the Everest Base Camp trek. Annapurna Base Camp is covered by some of the tallest mountains on the planet; Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), the fishtail Machapuchhre (6993m), and Hiuchuli (6441m). The trekking route to Annapurna Base Camp is achievable from many trailheads and relies upon trekking duration between 6 and 12 days.

The route is simple to reach by public transport from the attractive lakeside town Pokhara. It is a tea-house hike, which indicates there are sufficient inexpensive guesthouses to stay and eat along the way.  Annapurna Base Camp Trek can be started and accomplished at different locations. If the trekkers are going to walk ABC trek as a separate hike without joining it through other trails the best locations to begin and complete are Kande and Ghandruk. The trekkers can do it by either option starting at Kande and completing in Ghandruk or another option. The total distance and the ascent will be similar.Annapurna Base Camp Trek, possibly the best legendary and outstanding trek in the world, provides a stunning peak view, local people, and their traditional style in the mountainous ranges of Nepal. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek trail goes crossing by beautiful and peaceful landscapes, beautiful Gurung and Magar villages, lush green Rhododendron, bamboo, and alpine forests to the tour’s last and final place, Annapurna Base Camp at the altitude of 4130m (13546ft). The route is equally for natural experience.

On the way to the trek within the 2nd or 3rd day of trekking, the trekkers will leave their luggage in a hotel at Ghorepani for the Poon Hill excursion prior to dawn to view the incredible sunrise. Poon Hill is one of the best viewpoints in this trek for a sunrise view and peak vista. Mt. Dhaulagiri, the Annapurna Range, and Mt. Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain) to the northern part, and the Butterfly peaks in the far western region are all visual from atop Poon Hill. Finding the trekkers themself in the base giant Annapurna I (8091m) through 360 degree Mountain View is amazingly beautiful which is beyond their thinking which is a memorable lifetime mountain vacation experience in Nepal.
