Everest base camp with Gokyo Lake Trek is in the Khumbu region of the Himalayas Hub and witness a world Himalayan expedition like no other. There are three classic photographic spots at the time of Everest base camp Gokyo trek Nepal – Gokyo Ri Peak 5,375 m, Kala Patthar 5,643, and Tengboche Monastery 3,860 m. Although the landscapes of the mountain ranges are equally attractive from those peaks, it is a different landscape with a distinct angle. Everest Base Camp is one of most of the popular attractions of the trek. Everest base camp & Gokyo Lake Trek. This Trek starts with a flight to Lukla Hilary airport at 2,837 meters elevation. In addition, on the same day, the trekkers will trek for three hours to Phakding.

They will trek to Namche Bazaar on the second day. A small but small Sherpa Village, “Namche” rises 3,440 meters above sea level. After that, they will trek to Tengboche where the popular Guru Rimpoche monastery structure is. Furthermore, this trek displays the Tibetan-style Gompa, the Tengboche monastery which opens at 3 p.m. for prayer time (puja). On the day after, they will trek to Pheriche, Lobuche, and EBC.

The next morning, they will climb Kalapathar Peak, 5,643 meters above sea level, and trek back to Zhong la. After that, the trekkers will climb the Gokyo Peak which equals 5,420 m. Then, they will travel to Dole and Khumjung. Finally, after reaching Phakding and then Lukla, they will fly back to Kathmandu.At the time of Everest base camp & Gokyo Lake Trek, the trekkers never sensed that they had taken sufficient pictures of the attractive mountain ranges and Everest landscapes. Upon Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal, our office representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. along the way you will see daily life of the Kathmandu Valley. today you will be rest and small walk around Thamel, a tourist hub in Kathmandu.

Today we will drive into the rich culture of Kathmandu with a guided sightseeing tour of the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. our first stop is Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the “Monkey Temple”, where we will explore the ancient complex and enjoy panoramic views of the entire Kathmandu valley. Next, we will visit Boudhanath Stupa, a truly sacred and awe-inspiring site for Tibetan Buddhists and one of the largest stupas in the world. we will also visit Pashupatinath Temple, a revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located along the holy Bagmati river. Our tour continues to Patan Durbar Square, a showcase of stunning traditional Newari architecture and art. after an incredible day of exploration, we will head back to the hotel to prepare for the start of our trek tomorrow.

Early this morning, you will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. from there we will begin our trek to Phakding, passing through picturesque landscapes and villages like Cheplung, Thadokoshi, and ghat. this is your first day of walking in the Himalayas and the gentle trek should take about 3-4 hours. first night will spend in Phakding.

Today’s trek is more challenging than yesterdays, as you will ascend 800 meters to reach Namche Bazaar. we will continue to trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges before making the final climb. as the commercial hub of the region, Namche Bazaar offer stunning mountain views.

Today is a crucial acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. you will have option of a 3-4 hour hike, covering about 10 km, to the nearby villages of Khumjung and Khunde. during this hike, we can visit the famous Hillary school in khumjung and the Hillary hospital in khunde. we will have time to explore the villages and enjoy panoramic mountain views before returning to Namche Bazaar for the another magical night.

Today’s journey takes us to thagnak village, a small but important stop before the big day of crossing the Chola Pass. The route is an adventure itself, as we will navigate the immense and awe-inspiring Ngozumba Glacier.

Its another big day on the trail as we tackle one of the most challenging Himalayan passes: Chola Pass. the path ahead has it all- a steep ascent, technical rocky descent, and an icy glacier crossing where we will use our micro-spikes for the first time. after a long day, we will spend the night in zongla, a beautiful settlement nestled deep in the Himalayas.

Today is the culmination of your journey! you will begin by trekking to Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. from there, we will continue on to reach your ultimate destination: Everest Base camp. this day that will likely brings tears of happiness and a profound sense of accomplishment. as the saying goes, “the Mountain makes you cry, tears in the eye, its frozen in the cheeks. after this big day we will return to Gorakshep for the night.

Good morning! depending on the weather, you have the option of an early hike to Kalapathar. this spot is famous for offering the best views of Mount Everest. after breakfast, we will begin our journey back, retracing our steps to the village of Pheriche. when you arrive, you will immediately notice the air is richer, and your lungs will feel a sense of relief at the lower altitude. overnight at Pheriche.
